There are different rates of shipping offered which range from collection in Oulu City to tracked shipping. A small fee of €5 is added for local delivery but larger or heavier orders may incur a higher fee. International Shipping is, unfortunately, at the mercy of the shipping rates according to Posti - Finland's postal service. We encourage anyone outside of Finland to contact us by email before making a purchase, for more accurate shipping costs.

We have tried our best to provide as accurate as possible shipping information but may need to contact the buyer, you, if there is a difference in costs. We cannot ship a package until the shipping fee has been paid in full.

Therefore accurate contact details are important for those who are in the areas 1) Europe and 2) Rest of the World.

Orders are packaged and shipped within 48 hours of confirmation of full payment. Delivery within Finland is 3-5 days (Posti) and vary depending on other countries.
